The local esports industry is growing fast — and u9 main is right at the heart of it.
There is no denying that esports has become a genuine part of contemporary culture in Malaysia. From cybercafes packed with students to indoor arenas hosting major competitions, the passion for competitive gaming has long been ingrained here. Now, with platforms like u9 main, esports fans can do more than just cheer for their favourite teams — they can turn their deep knowledge of the gaming world they love into real earnings.
Malaysia has a thriving esports scene, particularly in Mobile Legends Bang Bang. The MPL Malaysia (Mobile Legends Professional League) draws hundreds of thousands of viewers each season and has produced internationally competitive teams such as Team HAQ and RSG Malaysia. This means local players already have deep familiarity with the maps, meta strategies, and roster strengths of each team — a significant edge in esports betting.
Your in-depth knowledge of esports is your greatest advantage. At u9 main, you can turn your understanding of game meta and player statistics into smarter betting decisions.
U9 main offers a wide range of bet types for every esports match, including overall winner, map handicap, total kills, first match end time, and more. Each bet type is designed to reward players who truly understand the game.

It comes as no surprise that Mobile Legends dominates the esports betting charts on u9 main — Malaysia is one of the most active countries in the MLBB ecosystem worldwide. MPL Malaysia, held twice a year, consistently draws strong interest not just in viewership, but in betting activity on our platform as well.
Dota 2 also has a strong following, especially during the DPC season and in the lead-up to The International. Malaysia's Dota 2 community is well known for being highly knowledgeable and analytical — they understand how to read team drafts, follow the current patch meta, and break down individual player stats before making any betting decisions.
An interesting trend we have noticed on u9 main is that Valorant is gaining traction among younger users aged 18 to 25. VCT Pacific, which features teams from Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region, is growing in popularity and is expected to keep rising throughout the year.
